All Rates are understood per night and for maximum double occupancy

The rental comes with fresh towels, bathrobes, slippers and luxury linen.
Cleaning fee: € 98.- per stay
The apartment is setup for a double occupancy.
An additional bedding for up to two sleepers may be provided on a convertible sofa in the living room upon request at time of reservation
for €65 per person per night.

Your reservation will be guaranteed against pre-authorisation on any valid Visa or Master card in our booking system.
If a pre-authorisation is rejected by your bank your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Please make sure your bank validates the amount before you attempt a reservation.
The pre-authorisation amount will be the full amount of your reservation. In addition, you card will be pre-authorized separately
for a security deposit amount of €500.- which will be cancelled upon your departure.
Universal rate:
If you cancel less than 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you don’t show or leave early, you will be charged the full rental amount.
Flex traveller rate:
If you cancel within 5 days prior to your arrival, don’t show or leave early, you will be charged the full rental amount.
A 500€ deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card in addition to the reservation amount.
Damages or loss of property during your stay will be charged against this deposit.
If the damage amount surpasses the deposit, we will invoice you separately.
Check in time: 4pm to 7pm — Check out time: before 12pm noon
You are in a residential building. Please respect quiet times from 10pm-8am and Sundays all day.
Please be respectful of the neighbours when entering and leaving the building.
We do not provide parking. The nearest parking garage is: Paripark – 7 rue Barbette, 75003 Paris – www.paripark.fr
We do not accept pets.
